It’s nearly the end of 2020, but it wouldn’t be the annual review on SHQ without the Big Snooker Quiz of the year.
It’s been an unusual year for the game, with so many disruptions, postponements, and cancellations as a result of the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic.
A sport that harnesses aspirations of becoming more global has been forced to revert back into a UK-centric shell for now.
It’s undoubtedly far from ideal, but considering there was a blanket standstill between the middle of March and the end of May, at least there is a semblance of normality in the fact that tournaments are regularly being conducted, players are competing and earning their living, and fans are able to watch the favourite stars bid for glory again.
Over the course of the last week or so, we’ve looked back at a few of the notable Highs and Lows from 2020, in addition to recognising Judd Trump as a deserved Player of the Year.

On Wednesday, the review will conclude with a look back at the most read stories from this calendar year.
