We’re approaching the end of 2025, which means it’s time to look back at another eventful year in the world of snooker.
As has become tradition at SnookerHQ.com, we’ll be wrapping up the calendar year with a series of review features reflecting on the winners, the disappointments, and the biggest talking points from the past twelve months.
Over the coming days, we’ll revisit the highs and lows of 2025, and assess the leading contenders for our Player of the Year award.
We’ll also round things off with a look at the most-read articles on this site since January 1st.
Naturally, no end-of-year review at SnookerHQ.com would be complete without a few snooker quizzes along the way.
Our second quiz will test your knowledge of the 2025/26 roll book, before we finish with the traditional 35-question Big Snooker Quiz of 2025. Time to start revising.
First up, though, it’s a test of your memory of the biggest snooker champions in 2025.
You’ll need to name all of the tournament winners from the World Snooker Tour this year, with a handful of additional titles from other circuits also included.
In total, there are 28 winners to remember and just eight minutes on the clock.
How many can you recall? Good luck, and let us know how you did in the comments section below.

The World Snooker Tour podcast has followed DC’s lead by naming a Player of the Year. Stephen Hendry’s choice of Zhao Xintong seemed a little odd given how little he’s offered since triumphing at the Crucible. I’ll reveal my choice after the winner is announced on here.
You’re giving out Player of the Year and picking a standout performer for a season not finished?
Ha, seemed to confuse myself there.
Your review is part of the festivities!
Thanks for another great year of review and keeping us informed
