New Quiz: World Number Ones

HINT: One of these two men is currently the world number one.

Since the world rankings came into effect in the mid-1970s there have only been 11 players who have sat proudly at the top of the list.

Many massive names in the sport fell just short as the dominance of a special few kept the challengers at bay for the last four decades.

The chances of becoming world no.1 have increased now that the system is a rolling one, and not just updated annually as was the case up until 2010.

Yet, 11 remains a relatively low number. The question is, can you name them?
