It’s nearly the end of 2023, but it wouldn’t be the annual review on SnookerHQ without a big snooker quiz of the year.

There have been plenty of stories and scandals over the course of the last twelve months to reflect on.

  1. Have you ever done a season review like you do the yearly review? I really enjoy this review you do.

    Ali Carter winning the second most ranking event matches was one of the standout facts to emerge from this quiz.

    • I used to do an end-of-season review featuring some “awards” with CrossGuns Snooker Club owner Fin Ruane and Irish amateur player Johnny Williams. But I stopped doing it around 2017ish. To be honest, I’m just ready for a break after the Worlds. Not many do proper end-of-year snooker reviews, so doing this content at this time works well I think. Glad you’re enjoying it.

  2. Yes, we can never question your need for a break! The time difference between South Korea and Britain makes your viewing all the more impressive!

    I think I joined the fun in about 2019.

    In written form it’s the only review really. Talking Snooker and Snooker Scene offer the audio review!
