Full list of results at the 2025 British Open qualifiers

The 2025 British Open qualifiers concluded on Saturday with the last results being determined at the Mattioli Arena in Leicester.

The venue stages of the British Open don’t take place until September, and the top 16 players from the world rankings each had their round-of-128 fixtures held over.

However, the rest of the circuit had to negotiate the preliminary phase of the competition in order to safely seal their tickets to Cheltenham.

The random draw element at the British Open always adds a little bit of extra excitement to the fold, and there were some interesting results across the four days of qualifying action.

Among the higher-profile names to make it through was former world champion Stuart Bingham, who overcame a tough opening test in the form of 2022 winner Ryan Day.

Fellow veteran Marco Fu was arguably the standout performer of the first week in the new season.

The Hong Kong potter, who is only competing on the main tour courtesy of an invitational tour card, backed up his three-ton display at the Wuhan Open qualifiers with another brace of centuries in beating Stephen Maguire 4-3 from 3-0 down.

Leading stars of the women’s game Bai Yulu and Reanne Evans both secured strong victories to guarantee their presence at the Centaur in a few months.

There were triumphs elsewhere for the likes of Jak Jones, Jack Lisowski, Joe O’Connor, and Noppon Saengkham.

The main stages of the British Open will run from September 22nd to September 28th, with the draw for the second round taking place around then.
